Really good Location and Friendly Staff!

This hotel is very close to the Eiffel Tower. I appreciated the easy access via a short walk. The hotel is near a metro station. There are several restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were helpful. I also found the rooms clean. I like its quiet location. The breakfast had a great choice and everything seemed fresh. I especially liked the little balcony that my room included.

My room's shower was not properly designed. The shower lacked a ledge. This caused water to spill. The water ran from the bathroom onto the carpet. This created a wet mess.

The lack of attention to detail was evident. For three days, I requested a toothbrush from the receptionist but received no assistance. This lack of follow-through was disappointing. the room showed signs of wear and tear with chipped paint and basic wood appliances. Local charges were also significantly higher than advertised adding to my frustration.
